<td width="99%" valign="top">1 pound extra lean ground beef</p>
<p>1 small can vegetable broth</p>
<p>1 medium onion</p>
<p>¼ tsp curry powder</p>
<p>¼ tsp Italian seasoning</p>
<p>1TBSP flour</p>
<p>Ore Ida 24oz “Steam ‘n Serve” russet potatoes (in frozen food &#8211; 1 bag)</p>
<p>½ C fat free milk</p>
<p>Salt &amp; pepper</p>
<p> </p>
<p>1. Mince onion, cook in skillet over medium heat 5-10 minutes or until mostly cooked.</p>
<p>2. Add ground beef and cook.</p>
<p>3. Add enough broth to make the mixture “sauc-y” but not runny.</p>
<p>4. Add curry powder, Italian seasoning and salt &amp; pepper to taste.</p>
<p>5. Sprinkle flour over mixture, blend in.</p>
<p>6. Remove from heat and put meat mixture in bottom of a small square (approx 9”x9”) baking dish. </p>
<p>7. Microwave potatoes following directions on package.  Or cook equivalent fresh potatoes.</p>
<p>8. Mix cooked potatoes with ½ C milk and salt and pepper to taste.</p>
<p>9. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until warm through.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">1 Cup low fat mayonnaise</span> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">½ Cup chili sauce</span> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">1 tsp minced garlic</span> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">½ tsp dry mustard</span> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">1/8 tsp cayenne pepper</span> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">1/8 tsp lemon juice</span> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">1 tsp prepared horseradish</span> </p>
