| Ingredients |
1 large onion(s)
1 large carrot(s)
1 large stalk(s) celery
12 oz canned white corn
12 oz beer
28 oz canned tomato(es), no salt added
2 Tbsp uncooked cornmeal
15 oz canned kidney beans
15 oz canned great Northern beans
15 oz canned black beans
1 1/2 cup(s) poblano chile
| Instructions |
Chop all vegetables and mix in pot with all other ingredients except cornmeal. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are done, add water if chili gets too thick. Stir in corn meal. Cook for a few more minutes, serve.
