CATHE’S SHEPHERDS PIE

| 1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 small can vegetable broth 1 medium onion ¼ tsp curry powder ¼ tsp Italian seasoning 1TBSP flour Ore Ida 24oz “Steam ‘n Serve” russet potatoes (in frozen food – 1 bag) ½ C fat free milk Salt & pepper
1. Mince onion, cook in skillet over medium heat 5-10 minutes or until mostly cooked. 2. Add ground beef and cook. 3. Add enough broth to make the mixture “sauc-y” but not runny. 4. Add curry powder, Italian seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. 5. Sprinkle flour over mixture, blend in. 6. Remove from heat and put meat mixture in bottom of a small square (approx 9”x9”) baking dish. 7. Microwave potatoes following directions on package. Or cook equivalent fresh potatoes. 8. Mix cooked potatoes with ½ C milk and salt and pepper to taste. 9. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until warm through. 10. Enjoy J
